Dial 2-1-1 seven days a week, 24 hours a day and talk to a live phone counselor or browse the online directory by clicking Call 211-Online Community Resources to find the resources you need.

  • 911: For police, fire, or medical emergencies.
  • 988: Connects you to the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, providing 24/7 support for those in crisis or emotional distress. You can also text 988.
  • 741-741::The Crisis Text Line, offering 24/7 mental health support via text. You can text “HOME” to 741741 or text “SUPPORT” to 741-741.
